深槽宽叶片螺旋钻进技术在软硬复合煤体中的应用

Application of Auger Drilling Technology with Deep Grooves and Wide Blades in the Seam with a Combination of Soft and Hard Interlayers

摘要: 为解决晋城矿区松软煤层钻进中出现的钻屑排不出、返渣量大、成孔率低等异常情况,提出深槽宽叶片螺旋钻进技术,设计出了相应的钻具组合,并通过现场实验验证其适用性。研究结果表明,深槽宽叶片结构的Φ95mm/603mm螺旋钻杆对长平矿软硬互层的煤体结构适应性较强,在成孔率方面优于Φ110mm/635mm螺旋钻杆|深槽宽叶片螺旋钻进技术在解决松软煤层高效钻进问题方面具有较大优势。

Abstract: For abnormal problems of no coal cinder,large slag discharging,lower rate of pore-forming and etc. when drilling in the seam with a combination of soft and hard interlayers in Jincheng Mining Area. The auger drilling technology with deep grooves and wide blades was proposed. The suitable drilling assemblies were developed and the applicability of the auger drilling technology was verified by the experiments. The results showed that the Φ95/60.3mm Spiral drill rod was better than the Φ110/63.5mm Spiral drill rod at rate of pore-forming. The Φ95/60.3mm Spiral drill rod with deep grooves and wide blades had a good adaptability to the seam with the structure of soft-hard interlaying,and it was useful for drilling in the seam. The auger drilling technology with deep grooves and wide blades has its advantages in solving the problem of high efficiency drilling in soft and hard coal seam.
